The article, entitled “Firms and Social Responsibility: A Review of ESG and CSR Research in Corporate Finance”, published by S. Gillan et al. in 2021, is the most influential document, the journal with the highest number of publications is Sustainability (Switzerland), and the country where the most recent studies are conducted is China. In addition, the study found that the articles published in this field were grouped into 6 clusters and the most recent keywords were “green innovation” and digital transformation.
