Örgütsel Faktörlerin Sağlık Ekiplerinin Etkililiği ve Ekip Etkililiği Bileşenleri Üzerine Etkisi: Bir Uygulama Çalışması
Abstract
Bu çalışma, sağlık kurumlarının kendilerinden beklenilen hizmetleri etkili bir şekilde yürütebilmesi için sürekli olarak kullanılan ekiplerin etkililik düzeylerini ölçmek ve örgütsel faktörlerin ekip etkililiğini etkileyip etkilemediğini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, geniş bir literatür taraması sonucu geliştirilmiş bir anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada literatür taraması sonucu geliştirilen, girdi, süreç ve çıktı yaklaşımına dayalı bir ekip etkililiği modeli geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, örgütsel faktörlerden mülkiyet durumu, eğitim-araştırma hastanesi olup olmama ve çalışma şeklinin toplam ekip etkililiğini önemli ölçüde etkilediği bulunmuştur

The Impact of Organizational Factors on the Effectiveness of Health Care Teams and its Components: An Application Study
Abstract
This research was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness level of teams, which are used continuously by health institutions to provide effectively services expected from them, and whether organizational factors affects the total team effectiveness or not. In the research, a questionnaire developed based on a compherensive literature review was used as data collection tool. In the research, as a result of literature review, a team effectiveness model developed based on the input, process and output approach was used. According to the results of research, it was found that ownership status, being a training and research hospital or not and type of working as organizational factors affected signifi cantly the total team effectiveness
