Abstract
Avrupa Komisyonu, 11.12.2019 tarihinde açıkladığı Avrupa Yeşil Mutabakatında “sürdürülebilir bir gelecek için AB ekonomisinin dönüşümü” politikasının bir parçası olarak “temiz ve döngüsel bir ekonomi için sanayinin harekete geçirilmesi” hedefiyle alınması gereken bir dizi tedbirin ana hatlarını çizmiştir. Bu bağlamda, “sürdürülebilir ürünler” için bir strateji de içeren Daha Temiz ve Daha Rekabetçi Bir Avrupa için Yeni Bir Döngüsel Ekonomi Eylem Planını (kısaca Eylem Planı) 11.3.2020’de yayınlanmıştır. Burada yer alan tedbirleri gerçekleştirmeye yönelik olarak Komisyon bir dizi mevzuat çalışması yapmıştır. Bunlardan doğrudan doğruya ürünlere ilişkin sürdürülebilirlik standartlarını belirleyen Sürdürülebilir Ürünler İçin Eko-tasarım Gerekliliklerinin Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Çerçeve Oluşturan Tüzüğü (kısaca Eko-Tasarım Tüzüğü) ile sürdürülebilir ürüne yönelik diğer AB düzenlemeleri ve Türk Hukukunda bu bağlamda ortaya çıkan düzenleme imkan ve ihtiyaçları bu çalışma kapsamında ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
In the European Green Deal, announced on 11.12.2019, the European Commission outlined a series of measures to be taken with the aim of ‘mobilising industry for a clean and circular economy’ as part of the policy of ‘ transforming the EU economy for a sustainable future’. In this context, the Action Plan for a New Circular Economy for a Cleaner and More Competitive Europe (Action Plan for short), including a strategy for ‘sustainable products’, was published on 11.3.2020. In order to realise the measures contained therein, the Commission has carried out a series of legislative works. Of these, the Regulation Establishing a Framework for the Determination of Ecodesign Requirements for Sustainable Products (in short, the Ecodesign Regulation), which sets out the sustainability standards directly related to products, and other EU regulations on sustainable products and the regulatory opportunities and needs arising in this context in Turkish Law are discussed within the scope of this study.
