Born in Elazığ/Turkey, 1972; degrees in İstanbul University, Hittitology Department, specializing mainly on the Ancient Languages (Hittites, Luwian, and Anatolian Hierglyphics) and Cultures, participated several excavations and and surface surveys among them Boğazköy/Hattusa, Alacahöyük, Ortaköy/Sapinuwa, Oylum Höyük, Tatarlı Höyük, Çine Tepecik, Şarhöyük, Kahramanmaraş as a philologist. Her specializations are among political and cultural history of Hittite, history of ancient religions, comperative mythology and religions in ancient time, ancient languages (cuneiform and hieroglyphic writing systems). She was awarded with the Scientist with Outstanding Success of Turkish Academy of Sciences in 2009 in the (TÜBA-GEBİP). Academic institutions she is affiliated includes Societas Anatolica (Paris), Turkish Institute of Archeology (TEBE), TurkishAmerican Scientific Researches Institut (ARIT) and German Archaelogical Institute (DAI). There are many national and international projects under her supervised still contınue. She has published 8 books and more than 100 academic papers on hititology and philology.
