Dear authors,
As ASSAM International Refereed Journal, in order to ensure the sustainability of our academic publishing activities and to increase our publication quality, we have implemented an article processing fee application for articles sent for the November 2025 issue and subsequent issues. In this context, the article processing fee for articles sent to our journal has been determined as 2,000 TL (55 US Dollars). The fee payment requirement applies to all authors. Payments are transparent and auditable, applied equally to each author. Reports regarding this are published in our journal at the end of each year. The fee is calculated jointly by the authors in equal proportions. Payment is made from the authorized author account.

Article applications will be received via the DergiPark system as usual, and the referee evaluation process of the article will be initiated after the fee is paid and the receipt is uploaded to the system. The article processing fee covers the conduct of the referee evaluation process, editorial procedures and publication preparation processes and is not refundable regardless of whether the article is accepted or not. However, authors of rejected articles have the right to apply with a new article without paying an additional fee.

In accordance with the relevant decisions of the Council of Higher Education, journals that charge a fee to initiate the article evaluation process can be used in associate professorship applications. Accordingly, articles published in our journal will be valid in academic appointment and promotion processes.
