ERGOTERAPİSTLERİN İŞ YAŞAM KALİTELERİNİN OKUPASYONEL DENGE VE ZİHİNSEL SAĞLIK YÜKÜ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma, ergoterapistlerin iş yaşam kalitelerinin okupasyonel denge ve zihinsel sağlık yükü üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu araştırmaya kamu ya da özel sektörde çalışan ve yaş ortalamaları 24.8±2.5 olan 84 ergoterapist (68 kadın, 16 erkek) dahil edildi. Çalışmaya ait veriler anketlerin online versiyonuyla web tabanlı uygulamalar aracılığı ile elde edildi. Katılımcıların demografik bilgileri kaydedildikten sonra iş yaşam kalitesi için Çalışanlar için Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (ÇYKÖ), okupasyonel dengesi Okupasyonel Denge Anketi (ODA) ile,depresyon anksiyete ve stres durumları Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği (DASS 21) ile değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan ergoterapistlerin sonuçları anketlere ait kesme değerlere göre incelendiğinde depresyon (8.6±5.1) anksiyete( 6.9±5.5) ve stres (9.5±4.5) ortalamalarının yüksek olduğu tespit edildi.Ergoterapistlerin ODA total skoru ile ÇYKÖ-tükenmişlik ve ÇYKÖ- eş duyum-yorgunluk skorları arasında negatif yönde anla ilişki görülürken, (p<.001) ÇYKÖ- mesleki tatmin arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı korelasyon bulunmuştur (p=008). ODA total skoru ile DASS-21 toplam, depresyon (p=0.000) ve anksiyete (p=0.003) skoru arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki görülmüştür.
Sonuç: Bu çalışmanın sonucunda ergoterapistlerin iş yaşam kalitelerini ve okupasyonel dengelerini artırmak için mesleki destek ve müdahalelerin gerekliliğini görülmektedir. Çalışma, ergoterapistlerin iş yaşam kalitesi, mesleki tatmin ve psikolojik sağlık durumlarının iş yükü ve mesleki zorluklar nedeniyle olumsuz etkilenebileceğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu nedenle, mesleki tatmini artırmak ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini azaltmak için stratejik ergoterapi müdahalelerin uygulanması önemlidir.
