Abstract
Tartışma konumuz sanığın siyasî haklarıdır. Elbette gerektiğinde, gerektiği kadar, hükümlünün siyasî haklarına da değinilecektir. Bu çerçevede sanığın hakları birçok araştırmanın konusu olmuş, ancak siyasî hakları, yeterince tartışılmamıştır. Bu sebeple güncel gelişmelerin ışığında konuyu tartışmanın yararlı olacağı düşünülmüştür

Abstract
In this paper the political rights of the accused are discussed. Moreover where it is necessary the political rights of the convicted are mentioned. In the literature the political rights of the accused have not been discussed in detail. Therefore it is thougth that discussing this issue in the light of actual progress would be useful
