In this study, we classified gastric juices from healthy and diseased-patients according to the pH values and estimated 5NT and SOD
activities in the groups : We found that environment and duration affect enzyme activities in various degree.

Bu calismada, sa&hikh ve hasta sahislardan elde edilen mide suyunu, pH degerlerine gore siniflandirarak 5NT ve SOD enzim aktivitelerini arastirdik. Saklama ortami ve zamanin mide suyundaki enzim aktivitelerini cok degisik seviyede etkiledigini bulduk.
