Abstract

HBV, direk sitopatik bir virus değildir. Karaciğer harabiyeti, ko nağın immun sistem hücrelerince gerçekleştirilmektedir. Kronikleşme nin nedeni kesin olarak bilinmemekle birlikte, bugün için konağın hücresel ve humoral immun sistemleri sorumlu tutulmaktadır.
