Abstract
Bu çalışmada Süperoksit Dismutaz aktivitesinin tayini için kullanılan bir metod değişik açılardan incelenmiş ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Metodda reaksiyonu durdurmak için kullanılan CuC12'in peptid bağlarıyla etkileşmesi sebebiyle hatalı sonuçların elde edilebileceği tesbit edilmiş ve bu hatanın ortadan kaldırılabilmesi için analitik bir çalışma yapılmasının gerekli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, a method given on Superoxide Dismutase activity determination was investigated from various points of view and results were evaluated. It has been established that faulty results may obtain due use of to CuCl, solution, which give reaction with peptide bonds of the proteins, to end the assay and suggested that an analytical study should be performed to correct the fault
