Kanserli Mide ve Meme Dokularında Demir, Bakır, Çinko ve Magnezyum Konsantrasyonlarının Tayini

Year 1991, Volume: 44 Issue: 4, 529 - 536, 31.12.1991

Abstract

Benzer sekilde, kanserli meme dokusunda element oranlarinin degistigi, elementler arasi iliskilerin bozuldugu gézlenmistir.

Year 1991, Volume: 44 Issue: 4, 529 - 536, 31.12.1991

Abstract

In this study iron, copper, zinc and magnesium concentrations in cancerous and noncancerous tissues of mammary gland and stomach were determined and results were statistically compared. Statistically meaningful differences were not found between cancerous and noncancerous stomach tissues. However, copper and iron
concentrations in cancerous mammary gland tissues were found higher than noncancerous ones. Similarly, ratios of elements in cancerous mammary gland tissues were found to be changed and relations between elements were found disturbed.
