LENFOİD DOKU RETİKÜLER HÜCRELERİ

Abstract

Lenfoid doku retiküler hücrelerinin stroma oluşturmanın yanı SIra bağışıklık sisteminde önemli işlevleri yerine getirdikleri bilinmektedir. Son yıllarda ayrıntılı tanımlamaları yapılan bu hücrelerden folliküler dendritik hücrelerin WDH) B-bağımlı alanlarda; interdgiita- -ting hücrelerin DH) T-bağımlı alanlarda yerleştikleri ve lenfositlerin,
ileri farklanmaları için uygun hücresel ortamlar oluşturdukları kabul edilmektedir. Makrofajlar ve retiküler hücre gruplarının aynı zamanda bağışıklık yanıtının oluşabilmesi için antijenleri olgunlaştırarak lenfositlere tanıyabilecekleri biçimde sundukları saptanmıştır. Çeşitli lenfoid organların belirli bölgelerinde yerleşmiş olan bu lenfoid ve yardımcı (nonlenfoid) hücrelerin, sistemin çalışmasında çok önemli rolleri üstlendikleri konusundaki kanı ortaya çıkarılan yeni verilerle her gün biraz daha güçlenmektedir.

Abstract

Lenfoid doku retiküler hücrelerinin stroma oluşturmanın yanı SIra bağışıklık sisteminde önemli işlevleri yerine getirdikleri bilinmektedir. Son yıllarda ayrıntılı tanımlamaları yapılan bu hücrelerden folliküler dendritik hücrelerin WDH) B-bağımlı alanlarda; interdgiita- -ting hücrelerin DH) T-bağımlı alanlarda yerleştikleri ve lenfositlerin,
ileri farklanmaları için uygun hücresel ortamlar oluşturdukları kabul edilmektedir. Makrofajlar ve retiküler hücre gruplarının aynı zamanda bağışıklık yanıtının oluşabilmesi için antijenleri olgunlaştırarak lenfositlere tanıyabilecekleri biçimde sundukları saptanmıştır.
