in this paper, we tried to make an introduction to tissue cultures by explaining the terminology, materials and methods, laboratory and media. Information about techniques and the selection factors considered while chosing the media Will be given on a second paper.

Bu derlemede amaç doku kültürlerine, kullanılan terimler, araç ve gereçler, laboratuar ile, media'mn açıklanması yoluyla genel bir giriş yapmak olmuştur. Doku kültürü tekniklerinin ve bunlarda kullanılması gereken media'mn seçiminde gözönüne alınması gereken faktörler, ikinci bir çalışmada sunulacaktır.
