Abstract
Parotis patolojisinde basit radyografinin pek yararll olmamasm dan dolayl tükrük bezi kanahna radyopak madde (Lipidol) verildik ten sonra radyografi çekilmesi tekniéine siyalografi denir. Parotisin akut iltihaplarl dl§lnda, tas kronik iltihaplarl ve tümörlerinin tammmda siyalografi; kitlenin lokalizasyonunu ve büyüklüšünü sapta mak baklmmidan oldukça önemli bir rol oynamaktadlr. Burda önemli Olan diger klinik þilgilerle karsllaqtlrarak radyografinin degerlendirilebilmesidir.

Abstract
Simple direct radiological examination does not contribute too much. For the identification of pathological prosses of parotis gland. In this paper the authors have emphized the valibity of radiological examination of the parotis gland after injection of radiopaque substance (liplodal) through the salivary duct. This method has the ad vantage for the identification of stons, echonic inflammation and tumors but hazardius for the acute inflammation of the gland.
