Atherosklerotik Kalb Hastalığında Beta-Piridil Karbinol'ün Etkisi

Abstract

Atherosklerotik Kalb Hastalığı tanısı almış, total serum kolesterol ve lipit düzeyleri yüksek '85 olgudan 71 ine ağızdan 300 mg/gün Beta-PiridiI Karbinol, 14 üne ise plasebo irerildi.Ağızdan. 300 mg/gün Beta-PiridiI Karbinol ile 10 günlük tedavi sonunda başlangıç düzeylerine göre ortalama total • serum kolesterol düzeyinde % 2'2.4, 'ortalama total. serum lipit düzeyinde % 23,2 düşme saptandı. İstatistiki olarak fark çok anlamlı bulundu (p) 0.001). Plâsebo verilen 14 olguda istatistiki olarak çok anlamlı bir fark saptanamadı (p» 0.05). Tromboelastogram tayinleri de yapılan 11 olguda ilacın fibrinolitik aktiviteyi etkilemediği saptandı.

Abstract
