Travmatik Arteriovenöz Fistüller

Abstract

During the nine years of practice between 1971-1980, 24' traumatic A-V fistulas were treated in our clinic. A'V fistulas, being a late complication of the vas, cular 'injuries can be prevented. by a careful follow-up of the patients and by, if necessary surgical exploration of the wounds, during the early period of the injury, Ligation .of the arteries or the -veins may cause various complications during •either early or late periods of the injury. Surgical approaches to the A-V fistulas are composed of excision of the fistula and repair of the artery and the vein.

Abstract

Kliniğimizde 1971 - 1980 yılları arasında tedavi olan 24 travmatik A-V fistüllü hasta takdim edilmiştir. Yaralanmanın erken. devresinde hastaların yakından takibi ve gerektiğinde yaranın eksplorasyonu vasküler yaralanmanın bu geç komplikasyonunun. ottaya çıkmasını önliyecektir. Travmatik A-V fistüllerde tedavi yöntemi fistülün eksizyonu arter ve venin onarımıdır; Arter veya venin bağlanması erken ve geç devrede bazı karıŞımlara neden olabilmektedir
