Abstract
The Cystine Stone Disease is seen 2.55 X in eystinurla patients. Oniy one cystine stone is encountered in the analysis of 1250 urinary calculi which they were surgically removed from urinary system in Ürological Departmeni of Medical Faculty of Ankara. That was a kidney stone. 18 months later same patient applied to the Urological Clinic with recurrent stone in the same kidney. By the “ second sürgical opreation tbree kidney stones were removed and the analysis showed that they were also cystine stones. The patient received long term bicarbonate treatment and he left the clinic for 3 month follow up.

Abstract
Sistin taşı hastalığı «Cystnurie» gösterenlerin 9 2.5 da meydana çıkmaktadır. Ankara Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Kliniğinde ameliyatla elde edilen 1250 üriner sistem taşlarının yapılan tahlilinde yalnız bir tanesinin cystine taşı olduğu görülmüştür, Aynı hasta 18 ay sonra aynı böbreğinde taşın nüks etmesi e gelmiş ikinci kez ameliyatla çıkarılan taşlarının tahlili, yine cystine taşı olduğunu göstermiştir. 'Hasta uzun süre bicarbonate tedavisinde kalmak ve üç ayda bir kontrola gelmek üzere ayrılmıştır.
