Çevik Yazılım Geliştirme Modeline Geçiş Sürecinde Kurumsal Değişim ve Uyum Deneyimi

Abstract
Finans sektöründe geleneksel yazılım geliştirme yöntemleri, projelerin ihtiyaç duyduğu esnekliği ve hızla uyum sağlama kabiliyetini sunmada yetersiz kalmaktadır. Çevik yazılım geliştirme metodolojileri ise müşteri ihtiyaçlarına hızlı yanıt verebilme, proje karmaşıklığını azaltma, ölçülebilir gelişim sağlama ve esnek yönetim gibi avantajlarıyla öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sermaye piyasalarına yönelik bir dijital dönüşüm projesinde, çevik metodolojilerin uygulanabilirliği ve kurumsal uyum süreçleri incelenmiştir. Farklı disiplinlerden ekiplerin katılımıyla yürütülen bu projede, hikaye tahtaları (storyboard) ve koşu (sprint) yaklaşımları kullanılmış ve performans ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, çevik modelin şirket kültürüne uyarlanması ve ekip üyelerinin bu modeli benimsemeleri, proje süreçlerinde iyileşme sağlamış; koşular sayesinde ekiplerin görevlerini daha iyi anlaması ve takip edebilmesi mümkün olmuştur. Yapılan uyarlama, tamamlanma oranlarında ve teslim sürelerinde kayda değer gelişmeler sağlarken, maliyet-fayda analizleri ile takip edilebilirlik güçlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
Traditional software development methods often lack the flexibility and adaptability required in the financial sector, where rapid response to changing requirements is crucial. Agile software development methodologies provide a dynamic framework that enhances project efficiency by enabling quick response to customer needs, reducing complexity, and supporting flexible management. This study examines the implementation and organizational adaptation of Agile methodologies in a digital transformation project within the capital markets sector. The project involved cross-disciplinary teams, utilized various storyboard and sprint approaches, and included performance measurements. Results indicate that adapting the Agile model to align with corporate culture facilitated team acceptance and integration, allowing team members to better understand and monitor their tasks throughout the project. These adaptations yielded significant improvements in task completion rates and project timelines, while cost-benefit tracking became feasible.
