1. Contribution Policy
Cihansumul Academy Journal of Social Sciences requires a contribution fee for academic studies at the article submission stage. This contribution is intended to finance the following services incurred during the preparation for publication:
- Realization of typesetting, layout and formal arrangements of the article,
- Integration of content into the system by making it compatible with the digital broadcasting infrastructure,
- Completion of necessary technical control and pre-publication preparations.
The contribution fee is charged to ensure that the digital publication process of the journal is maintained and its quality is preserved.
2. Nature and Timing of Fee
Contribution fee is requested “regardless of the acceptance or rejection of the article” in line with the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) Associate Professorship Criteria. In this context:
- After the article has successfully completed the preliminary evaluation process,
- The contribution fee must be paid before proceeding to the peer review process.
The peer review process of manuscripts for which the contribution fee has not been paid will not be initiated.
3. Return and Withdrawal Policy
- The contribution is collected upon processing of the application.
- Withdrawn by the author(s),
- No refunds are made for articles rejected as a result of the editor or referee process.
