Law is not something that is self-existent or auto-powered. It cannot
emerge without the support of a power that sustains and protects its interests
through this law. However, the power which does not allow the law as an
objective system and boundary but keeps it as a tool to maintain its own
interests would become a visible force rather than a silent power. In the
capitalist society, the economic power is the power that supports law. The
ability to operate law as an objective system depends on being supported by
non-state social powers.
