Abstract
Objective: It was aimed to determine the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Reproductive Autonomy Scale for sexually active married women.
Methods: The study was conducted in 183 sexually active married women between December 2022 and May 2023. In this study, content validity was determined after language validity, which is the validity and reliability steps, was ensured. Accordingly, item analysis, explanatory, confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency coefficients were determined. Statistical significance level was taken as p<0.05.
Results: It was seen that the 14-item and three sub-dimensions of the scale, namely decision making, release from pressure, and communication, were within the range of acceptable fit indices. The first four items of the scale are 3-point Likert type and the remaining 10 items are 4-point Likert type. The higher the score obtained from the scale, the higher the reproductive autonomy of women.
Conclusion: In this study, the Turkish version of the Reproductive Autonomy Scale was determined to be a valid, reliable and practically applicable scale. It is recommended that women's health and diseases nurses working in the field of reproductive health evaluate women's reproductive autonomy and use this scale, which is valid and reliable.

In order to conduct the study, after receiving the ethics committee approval from the Non-Interventional Scientific Research Ethics Committee of the Trakya University of the Republic of Turkey (decision numbered TÜTF-GOBAEK 2022/34 dated 24 February 2022), written permission was received via e-mail from Upadhyay et al. (2014), who developed the RAS (Reproductive Autonomy Scale), to adapt it to Turkish.

Abstract
Amaç: Üreme Özerkliği Ölçeği’nin Türkçe versiyonunun cinsel aktif olan evli kadınlar için geçerliliğini ve güvenilirliğini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Çalışma, Aralık 2022 - Mayıs 2023 tarihleri arasında 183 cinsel aktif olan evli kadınlarda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik basamakları olan dil geçerliliği sağlandıktan sonra, içerik geçerliliği belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda madde analizi, açıklayıcı, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve iç tutarlılık katsayıları saptanmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak alınmıştır.
Bulgular: Ölçeğin 14 maddelik ve karar alma, baskıdan kurtulma ve iletişim olmak üzere üç alt boyutlu yapısının kabul edilebilir geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik indeksleri aralığında olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin ilk dört maddesi 3’lü Likert tipte ve geri kalan 10 maddesi 4’lü Likert tiptedir. Ölçekten alınan puan arttıkça kadınların üreme özerkliği de artmaktadır.
Sonuç: Bu çalışma, Üreme Özerkliği Ölçeği’nin Türkçe versiyonunun geçerli, güvenilir ve pratikte uygulanabilir bir ölçek olduğu belirlendi. Üreme sağlığı alanında çalışan kadın sağlığı ve hastalıkları hemşirelerinin, kadınların üreme özerkliğini değerlendirmesi ve değerlendirmede geçerlilik ve güvenirliği sağlanan bu ölçeği kullanması önerilmektedir.
