ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜNÜN BOYUTLARI İLE İNOVASYON ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ: TÜRKİYE İLAÇ FİRMALARI ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, inovasyona yol açan temel örgüt kültürü boyutlarını belirlemektir. Bu çalışma, örgüt kültürünün boyutları ve inovasyon arasındaki bağlantıların kapsamlı bir şekilde sağlanması yoluyla mevcut yönetim ve organizasyon literatürüne katkıda bulunmaktadır. Literatürde örgüt kültürünün boyutları ile inovasyon arasındaki ilişkileri ampirik bir perspektiften inceleyen sınırlı çalışma vardır. Bu çalışma, inovasyonu etkilediği düşünülen Örgüt kültürünün 4 ana boyutu olan katılım, tutarlılık, uyum sağlama ve misyon ile inovasyon arasında ilişkinin test edilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için, araştırma deseninden (ilişkisel araştırma) yararlanılan çalışmada alan yazında önceden geçerlilik ve güvenirlilikleri sınanmış ölçeklerden oluşturulan 46 ilaç firmasının 613 çalışanından anket aracılığıyla veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerde, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve çoklu korelasyon analizi incelenmiştir. Çoklu regresyon analizinin bulgularına göre, örgütsel kültürün alt boyutlarından katılım ve uyum ile inovasyon arasında pozitif ilişki varken, tutarlılık ve misyon boyutlarında ise inovasyona bir katkı söz konusu değildir.
