İLİAK ARTER STENOZUNDA METALİK ENDOPROTEZLER

Year 2023, Volume: 9 Issue: 3, 134 - 144, 24.12.2023

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı alt ekstremite tıkayıcı hastalıkların tedavisinde metalik endoprotezlerin ne düzeyde başarılı olduğunu belirlemekti. Buna göre çalışamızda alt ekstremite tıkayıcı damar hastalığı olan, yaşları 38-64 arasında değişen 1 kadın, 20 erkek (toplam 21 ) olgunun 23 lezyonuna 22 adet self-expandable wallstent, 4 adet balon-expandable Strecker stent yerleştirdik. 23 lezyonun 7 tanesi tam tıkanıklıktı, ve bunlara önce rekanalizasyon amacıyla ROTACS anjioplasti ve ardından PTA uyguladık. 7 ROTACS anjioplasti girişimimizde % 100 başarı elde ettik. Wallstent ve Strecker stent kullandığımız metalik endoprotez çalışmamızda İşlem Teknik Başarımız % 95.2 (20/21) olup; 2-25 ay (ortalama 16) ay süreyle takip ettiğimiz 17 olguda ise klinik başarımız % 94.1 (16/17 olgu); stent açık kalma başarımız: %95.0 (19/20 stent) (17 olgu) olup literatürle uyumludur.

METALLIC ENDOPROSTHESES IN ILIAC ARTERY STENOSIS

Year 2023, Volume: 9 Issue: 3, 134 - 144, 24.12.2023

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the success of metallic endoprostheses in the treatment of lower extremity occlusive diseases. our We conducted our study with 1 female and 20 male patients (21 in total), aged between 38-64. We placed 22 self-expandable wallstent and 4 balloon-expandable Strecker stents in 23 lesions. 7 of 23 lesions were complete occlusion. We first performed ROTACS angioplasty for recanalization and then PTA. We achieved 100% success in our 7 ROTACS angioplasty attempts. In our metallic endoprosthesis study in which we used Wallstent and Strecker stents, our Procedural Technical Success was 95.2% (20/21). Our clinical success was 94.1% (16/17 cases) in the 17 cases we followed for 2-25 months (average 16) and Our stent patency success rate was 95.0% (19/20 stents) (17 cases) compatible with the literature.
