Psikolojik Güçlendirmenin İş Tatmini Üzerindeki Etkisinde Örgütsel İletişimin Düzenleyici Rolü

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, psikolojik güçlendirme algısının iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel iletişimin düzenleyici rolünü anlamaktır. Nicel araştırma yöntemi ile yapılan çalışmada, gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletme çalışanlarından anket aracılığıyla veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS Process Makro eklentisinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, psikolojik güçlendirmenin ve örgütsel iletişimin iş tatmini üzerinde pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu ve psikolojik güçlendirmenin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel iletişimin düzenleyici bir rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Moderating Role of Organizational Communication In the Effect of Psychological Empowerment on Job Satisfaction

Abstract
The aim of this study is to understand the moderating role of organizational communication in the effect of psychological empowerment perception on job satisfaction. In this quantitative research, data were collected through surveys from employees working in businesses operating in the food sector. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Process Macro extension. The analyses revealed that both psychological empowerment and organizational communication have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and that organizational communication plays a moderating role in the effect of psychological empowerment on job satisfaction.
