All manuscripts submitted to Inspiring Technologies and Innovations (INOTECH) undergo a double-blind peer review process. In this process, the identities of the authors are not disclosed to the reviewers, and the identities of the reviewers are not disclosed to the authors.

Each submission is initially evaluated by the editor to determine its suitability for the journal. Manuscripts deemed inappropriate at this stage may be rejected without further review. Submissions considered suitable are then sent to at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.

Reviewers provide recommendations to the editor regarding the publishability of the manuscript in Inspiring Technologies and Innovations (INOTECH). If revisions are requested, the manuscript is returned to the author(s) for revision and resubmission. Following resubmission, additional revisions may be requested, or the final decision may be made by the editor.
