The aim of the Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance (JIEF) is to publish scientific researches that evaluate current and future problems related to Islamic economic thought and history, Islamic finance and instruments, participation banking and Islamic banking and finance from an original perspective and to contribute to the literature in this field.
The Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance (JIEF) covers original scientific research, including original ideas and model proposals, critical, evaluative studies using quantitative, qualitative or mixed methods on issues related to Islamic economic thought and history, Islamic finance and instruments, participation banking and Islamic banking and finance.
• The journal accepts original academic articles in Turkish, English and Arabic.
• The journal includes scientific articles that evaluate current and future problems related to Islamic Economics and Finance from an original perspective.
• The articles to be submitted to the journal must be original and must not have been published or accepted for publication anywhere before.
• The journal publishes original articles on Islamic economics, Islamic economic thought and history, Islamic finance and instruments, participation banking and other topics related to Islamic economics and finance.
• Articles are expected to cite the relevant literature appropriately.
• All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
• Papers previously presented at a scientific meeting may be accepted, provided that this is clearly stated.
• The target audience of our journal consists of academicians, researchers, experts, professionals and students studying at the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and specialization levels who are interested in the fields in which articles are accepted.
