Samsun Journal of Health Sciences is a multidisciplinary journal in the field of health. Since 2015, it has been published in print with the ISSN number “2458-8857,” and since 2021, it has continued its publication solely online with the E-ISSN number “2791-9722.” The journal is published three times a year, in April, August, and December.
Samsun Journal of Health Sciences does not charge any fees at any stage of manuscript submission, evaluation, or publication. The journal operates in accordance with the publication ethics criteria set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). It welcomes original research articles from all health disciplines, including nursing, midwifery, social work, health management, nutrition and dietetics, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, orthotics and prosthetics, child development, speech and language therapy, audiology, gerontology, occupational therapy, emergency aid and disaster management, perfusion, and optometry. Priority is given to the publication of high-level evidence-based research articles.
Additionally, the journal is indexed by INDEX COPERNICUS, SOBIAD, and INFOBASE INDEX.
