He was born in 1981 in Alanya (Antalya). He graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 2004. After graduation, he worked as a civil servant and middle-level manager in public institutions. Since 2012, he has continued his professional life as a lecturer in various academic units of Afyon Kocatepe University. He also graduated from Gazi University Land Registry and Cadastre Vocational School (2001), Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Justice Program, Selçuk University SBE Public Law Department (2015). He carries out various academic activities such as scientific journal publishing, journal editing, book editing, publishing house coordinator, scientific board membership and project coordinator. In addition to his academic duties, he also gives scientific seminars and trainings. The author has various scientific publications in his field such as books, book chapters, articles and papers.
