Gürültü Düzeyi Sabit Ortamlarda Çalışan İşçilerde Son 3 Yıllık İşitme Eşiği Değişimlerinin Retrospektif Olarak Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Giriş ve Amaç: Gürültülü ortamlarda çalışan işçilerin gürültüye maruz kaldıkları süre ve gürültü şiddetine bağlı olarak sensörinöral işitme kaybı oluşabilmektedir ve bu işçilerin rutin işitsel kontrollerinin yapılması ve sonuçlara göre koruma yöntemleri belirlenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı gürültü düzeyi sabit ortamlarda çalışan bireylerin son 3 yıllık işitme eşiklerini frekansa spesifik inceleme yapıp değerlendirmektir.
Yöntem: Bu araştırmada çalıştıkları ortamda haftanın 6 günü 8 saat gürültüye maruz kalan 20-50 yaş arasındaki erkek bireylerin son 2020, 2021, 2022 yıllarındaki işitme eşik değişimi incelenmiştir. Saf ses işitme testi ile işitme eşikleri ölçülmüş, 250-8000 Hz aralığındaki işitme eşik seviyelerindeki değişimler incelenmiş ve istatiksel analizi yapılmıştır.
Bulgular: Yapılan analizler sonucunda gürültülü ortamlarda çalışan işçilerde 2020 yılında elde edilen frekans bazında işitme eşiklerinin 2021 ve 2022 yıllarında anlamlı derecede arttığı bulunmuş olup etkilenmenin alçak frekanslara kıyasla yüksek frekanslarda daha yoğun olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05). 2020 yılında elde edilen saf ses ortalamalarının 2021 ve 2022 yıllarında yükseldiği gözlenmiştir (p<0,05). Sol kulağın gürültüden sağ kulağa göre daha yoğun etkilendiği saptanmıştır (p<0,05).
Sonuç(lar): Gürültülü ortamda çalışan işçilerde maruziyet süresi (yıl) arttıkça, işitme eşik yükselmesine bağlı olarak işitme kaybı riskinin artabileceği gözlenmiştir.
