Nikotine Maruz Kalan Bir Ratta Görülen Monokoryonik Monoamniyotik Gebelik: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
Amaç:Gebelikte nikotine maruz kalmanın fetus üzerine zararlı etkileri bilinmektedir ancak fetusların ortak plasentaya sahip olması anomalisine etkisi nadir görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı gebelik süresince nikotine maruz kalan bir ratta meydana gelen monokoryonic monoamniyotik gebelik ve ölü doğum anomalisini sunmaktır.
Yöntem: Wistar Albino cinsi rata gebeliğin başladığı günden yirmi birinci güne kadar subkutan yol ile 6 mg/kg nikotin verildi. 21. günde sezaryen ile yavrular izole edildi. Amniyon keselerinden çıkarılan fetus ve plasentalar tartıldı ve fotoğrafları çekildi. Morfometrik özellikleri incelendi.
Bulgular: Bir gebe rata ait on bir adet amniyon kesesi bulunmaktaydı. On adet amniyon kesesinde on adet fetus ve on adet plasenta olduğu görülürken; bir adet amniyon kesesinde iki adet fetusa bağlı bir adet plasenta olduğu (monokoryonic monoamniyotik gebelik) görüldü. On adet fetus canlı iken ortak plasentası olan iki fetus ölü doğdu.
Sonuç: Bir rat örneğinde gebelik döneminde kullanılan nikotin plasenta malformasyonları yapabileceği gibi monokoryonik monoamniyotik gebeliklerde fetus ölümlerine de neden olabili
