Open Access Policy

Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty has adopted an open access policy based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and generates beneficial outcomes for humanity.

Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty is an open access journal, making all its content freely available to users worldwide without requiring any permissions from the publisher or author(s). Users can read full-text articles, download, distribute, print, and link to articles citing the journal without seeking permission. This unrestricted access promotes wider dissemination of research and facilitates greater scholarly impact.

  

Our open access policy aligns with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Copyright Policy

All publication rights of articles accepted for publication following the peer-review process are shared between Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty and the author(s).

Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows:

Share — Users may copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

Attribution — Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. They may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses them or their use.

• Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of their work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
• No royalty payments will be made to authors for published articles.
• Submitted articles must not have been published elsewhere or currently be under evaluation for publication elsewhere. Authors of accepted articles must complete and sign the 'Informed Creative Commons License Approval Form,' authorizing the publication of their work under a Creative Commons license. This grants Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty the right of first publication while allowing the content to be shared openly according to the terms of the selected Creative Commons license. 
• The Journal retains all copyrights of published materials under the terms of the Creative Commons license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

COPYRIGHT STATEMENT

By submitting their work to Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty, authors agree to the following terms:
1. The copyright of the published article remains with the author under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
2. Authors authorize Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of Education Faculty to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
3. Authors grant the right to freely use the article to any third party, provided the original authors and citation details are identified.
