Year 2025, Issue: 3, 145 - 149, 14.03.2025

Abstract

VACTERL association; It is a clinical condition in which at least three of the following vertebral, anorectal, cardiac, tracheoesophageal, renal and extremity anomalies occur together. It was determined as 1/10000-1/40000. Its etiology has not been specifically defined and the diagnosis is made based on clinical findings. In this article, we wanted to present a newborn case with tracheoesophageal fistula, esophageal atresia, anal atresia and left kidney hydronephrosis, which we diagnosed as VACTERL association, which is clinically rare.
