Abstract
Kaynak dumanına uzun süreli maruziyet solunum sisteminde, hem akciğer dokusunu hem de hava yollarını etkilemektedir. Pnömosiderozis ya da kaynakçı akciğeri olarak da bilinen ve uzun süreli demir tozu vb. maruziyeti sonucu ortaya çıkan bir meslek hastalığını olgu ve literatür eşliğinde sunmaktayız.
