Abstract
Ektopik adrenokortikotropik(ACTH) sendromu, sıklıkla nöroendokrin hücre kaynaklı olmak üzere kanserlere bağlı olarak gelişir. Klinik olarak silik Cushing sendromunun bulguları gözlenir. Hastalar daha çok primer kansere ait bulgular ve hipopotasemiye ait bulgularla gelirler. Bu vakada hipopotasemiye ait bulgularla gelip pankreas kanserine bağlı ektopik ACTH sendromu saptanan bir hasta sunuldu.
