Abstract
US President Donald Trump's visit to the Gulf in May 2025, as well as the messages he delivered, signal a significant shift in American foreign policy. As a major driver of this transformation, Trump insists on geoeconomic instruments to conduct global geopolitical competition and prioritizes real political approaches for Gulf regime security. This study analyzes US foreign policy towards the Middle East within the framework of the Trump Doctrine. As a result of the visit, the US has abandoned its interventionist stance in the region's internal affairs and has shifted toward a foreign policy approach that emphasizes economic and diplomatic means. In light of China's growing influence in the world, this reflects a redefining of US strategic priorities in the region.

Abstract
تحمل زيارة الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب إلى الخليج في مايو/أيار 2025 والرسائل التي وجّهها خلال الزيارة دلالات مهمّة في السياسة الخارجية الأميركية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل التوجهات الجديدة الناشئة في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية تجاه الشرق الأوسط من خلال تناول هذا التحول في إطار ”عقيدة ترامب“. وتكشف الرسائل والقرارات التي اتُّخِذت خلال الزيارة عن ابتعاد الولايات المتحدة عن الموقف التدخلي في الشؤون الداخلية لدول المنطقة واتجاهها نحو نهج سياسة خارجية تعطي الأولوية للأدوات الاقتصادية والدبلوماسية على الوسائل العسكرية. يعكس هذا الوضع إعادة تحديد الأولويات الإستراتيجية للولايات المتحدة في المنطقة، وسعي واشنطن إلى كسب مكانة جغرافية اقتصادية في مواجهة النفوذ الصيني المتصاعد
