Yeşil Dönüştürücü Liderliğin Önemi: Sistematik Bir Literatür Taraması ve Bibliyometrik Analiz

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik kavramı sistematik bir literatür taraması ve bibliyometrik analiz yoluyla açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma, dönüştürücü liderlik ile yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik arasındaki ilişkiyi vurgulamış ve aynı zamanda sürdürülebilirlik ve çevre bilincinin önemini ele almıştır. Bu bağlamda, yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik literatüründeki eğilimler, en sık atıfta bulunulan çalışmalar, başlıca yazarlar ve temel kavramlar titizlikle belirlenmiştir. Bu amaca ulaşmak için, 2013'ten 2024'e kadar Scopus veritabanında yayınlanan 56 İngilizce makaleyi inceleyen bibliyometrik analiz metodolojisi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi R ve VOSviewer 1.6.6 yazılım programları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın başlıca bulguları şu şekilde özetlenebilir: Yıllar geçtikçe yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik üzerine yapılan çalışmalarda belirgin bir artış olmuştur ve bu çalışmalar özellikle sürdürülebilir yönetim uygulamaları ve çevre odaklı örgütsel stratejilerle ilişkilendirilmiştir. Yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik alanına en önemli akademik katkıları yapan yazarlar ve kaynaklar belirlenmiştir. Yeşil dönüştürücü liderlikle ilgili en yaygın anahtar kelimeler ve araştırma eğilimleri üzerinde bir analiz yapılmıştır. Bu alandaki araştırma çabalarının bilimsel üretkenliği değerlendirilip ve hangi ülkelerin yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik araştırmalarına daha önemli katkılarda bulunduğunu ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırma, yeşil dönüştürücü liderlik yapısının anlaşılmasını geliştirmeyi, temel kavramları belirlemeyi ve gelecekteki araştırma çabaları için stratejik bir çerçeve sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bibliyometrik analiz yaklaşımı aracılığıyla, yeşil dönüştürücü liderliğin kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine katkısı ve yönetim disiplinindeki önemi kapsamlı bir şekilde incelenmiştir.

The Importance of Green Transformative Leadership: A Systematic Literature Review and Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

In this study, the concept of green transformative leadership was tried to be explained through a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. The research emphasised the relationship between transformational leadership and green transformational leadership and also addressed the importance of sustainability and environmental awareness. In this context, the trends in the green transformative leadership literature, the most frequently cited studies, major authors and key concepts were meticulously identified. To achieve this aim, a bibliometric analysis methodology was used, examining 56 English articles published in the Scopus database from 2013 to 2024. Data analysis was carried out using R and VOSviewer 1.6.6 software programmes. The main findings of this research can be summarised as follows: Over the years, there has been a significant increase in studies on green transformational leadership, particularly in relation to sustainable management practices and environmentally focused organisational strategies. The authors and sources that have made the most significant academic contributions to the field of green transformative leadership have been identified. The most common keywords and research trends related to green transformative leadership are analysed. The scientific productivity of research endeavours in this field is assessed and an attempt is made to identify which countries have made more significant contributions to green transformative leadership research. This research aims to improve the understanding of the construct of green transformative leadership, identify key concepts and provide a strategic framework for future research endeavours. Through a bibliometric analysis approach, the contribution of green transformative leadership to organisational sustainability goals and its importance in the management discipline is comprehensively examined.words should be written in capital letters.
