12-15 YAŞ ERKEK FUTBOLCULARA UYGULANAN ÇEŞİTLİ CORE EGZERSİZLERİNİN DENGE PERFORMANSI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Kuvvet gelişiminin sportif performans üzerine olumlu etkisi olduğu bilinmektedir. Sportif performansın geliştirmesinde, özellikle de core bölgesi kaslarının kuvvetlendirilmesiyle kaslar arası koordinasyonun sağlanmasında core egzersizlerinin önemli bir payı bulunmaktadır. Egzersizlerin düzenli uygulanmasıyla bireylerin denge yeteneklerinin artacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu nedenle çalışmanın amacı, 12-15 yaş erkek futbolculara uygulanan core egzersizlerinin denge performansı üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya futbol branşından antrene olan 12-15 yaşları arasında 20 Kontrol Grubu (KG), 20 Statik Core Grubu (SCG), 20 Dinamik Core Grubu (DCG) olmak üzere 60 gönüllü erkek futbolcu katılmıştır. KG futbolcular rutin futbol antrenmanlarına devam ederken, SCG ve DCG grubundaki futbolcular rutin futbol antrenmanlarına ek olarak 8 hafta süreyle haftanın 3 günü belirlenen egzersizleri uygulamışlardır. 8 haftanın başında ve sonunda futbolcuların denge performansı ölçülmüştür. Futbolcuların denge performanslarının belirlenmesinde portatif dinamik denge cihazı (Togu Challenge Disc 2.0, Prien am Chiemsee, Rosenheim, Almanya) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 24 paket programı kullanılmıştır. KG, SCG ve DCG futbolcuların denge ortalamalarının grup içi karşılaştırılmasında anlamlı fark olduğu, farkın son test lehine olduğu tespit edilmiştir. KG, SCG ve DCG futbolcuların ön test denge ortalamalarının gruplar arası karşılaştırılmasında fark saptanmazken, son test denge ortalamaları karşılaştırılmasında statik, left right, horizontal, vertical, dinamik ve toplam puan ortalamalarında fark olduğu farkın DCG lehine olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Sonuç olarak dinamik core egzersizlerinin, futbolcuların denge performansını geliştirmede statik core egzersizlerine göre daha fazla katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu egzersizler, futbolcuların denge becerilerini ve vücut kontrolünü artırarak, saha içi stabilite ve performanslarını önemli ölçüde iyileştireceği düşünülmektedir

INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECTS OF VARIOUS CORE EXERCISES PERFORMED ON 12-TO 15-YEAR-OLD MALE FOOTBALL PLAYERS ON BALANCE PERFORMANCE

Abstract

Strength development has a positive effect on athletic performance. Core exercises play an important role in improving athletic performance, especially in strengthening muscles in the core region and ensuring coordination between muscles. Individual balance abilities increase with regular application of the exercises. Therefore, the aim of the study was to examine the effect of core exercises applied to male football players aged 12-15 on balance performance. 60 volunteer male football players, aged 12-15 and training in the field of football participated in the study, consisting of 20 Control Group (CG), 20 Static Core Group (SCG), and 20 Dynamic Core Group (DCG). While the CG football players continued their routine football training, the football players in the SCG and DCG groups applied the specified exercises 3 days a week for 8 weeks in addition to their routine football training. The balance performance of the football players was measured at the beginning and end of the 8 weeks. A portable dynamic balance device (Togu Challenge Disc 2.0, Prien am Chiemsee, Rosenheim, Germany) was used to determine the balance performance of the football players. The SPSS 24 package program was used for data analysis. It was determined that there was a significant difference in the intra-group comparison of the balance averages of KG, SCG, and DCG football players, and the difference was in favor of the post-test. Although no difference was found in the inter-group comparison of the pre-test balance averages of KG, SCG, and DCG football players, a difference was found in the static, left-right, horizontal, vertical, dynamic, and total score averages in the post-test balance averages, and the difference was in favor of the DCG.
As a result, we determined that dynamic core exercises contributed more to the development of balance performance in football players than static core exercises. These exercises will significantly improve the stability and performance of players on the field by increasing their balance skills and body control.
