The Journal of the Institute of Social Sciences of Siirt University does not require authors to transfer copyright of their manuscripts to the journal. Authors (or their institutions) retain the copyright of their articles. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are accepted for publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license applies to all articles published by the journal. Regardless of research funding, all articles published in the journal are made freely available to the public through an open access model.
Authors’ Responsibilities
By submitting their work to the journal’s online system, authors are deemed to have accepted the following Copyright Statement:
