ÖRGÜT İKLİMİNİN İÇ PAYDAŞLAR ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNE DAİR BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract

Örgüt ikliminin, örgüt iç paydaşlarının memnuniyeti, motivasyonu, etkinliği, iş doyumu, sadakati gibi birçok hususta etkili olduğu bilinmektedir. Örgüt iklimi, örgüt üyeleri tarafından algılanan, örgüte şahsi bir vesika kazandıran mühim bir faktördür. Gerek uluslararası gerek ulusal yazında, örgüt iklimi hususunda yapılan çalışmaların sayısı gitgide artmakta, bu sayede örgüt paydaşlarına fayda sağlayacak bilgiler üretilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın gayesi, örgüt iklimi konusunda genel bir çerçeve sunmak ve olumlu bir örgüt ikliminin örgütün iç paydaşlarına olan katkılarını vurgulamaktır. Çalışmada ikincil verilerden faydalanılarak yazın taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu sayede çalışmanın, örgüt iklimi konusunda yapılan araştırmalara ve uygulayıcılara bir kaynak olacağı düşünülmektedir.

AN EVALUATION ON THE EFFECT OF THE SCALE ON INTERNAL SHAREHOLDERS

Abstract

It is known that organizational climate is effective on many issues such as satisfaction, motivation, effectiveness, job satisfaction and loyalty of internal stakeholders of the organization. Organizational climate is an important factor that is perceived by the members of the organization and that gives the organization a personal document. In both international and national literature, the number of studies on organizational climate is increasing, thus producing information that will benefit organizational stakeholders. In this context, the aim of this study is to provide a general framework on organizational climate and to emphasize the contributions of a positive organizational climate to the internal stakeholders of the organization. In the study, a literature review was conducted by utilizing secondary data. In this way, it is thought that the study will be a source for research on organizational climate and practitioners.
