Abstract
Özellikle ön bölgede dişler arasındaki polidiastema estetiği bozan bir durumdur. Bu olgu sunumunda
maksiller anterior polidiastema vakasının düşük maliyetli ve konservatif bir yaklaşım olan “Injection Moulding” tekniği ile rehabilitasyonu amaçlanmıştır. 23 yaşında, sistemik olarak sağlıklı erkek hasta,
dişleri arasındaki boşluklar ve genel görünümleri ile ilgili şikayetlerle kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Hastadan,
ekstraoral ve intraoral muayenelerin ardından C tipi silikon ölçü materyali ile ölçü alınmıştır. Elde edilen
model üzerinde wax-up çalışması yapılmıştır. Silikon indeks kullanılarak dişler injectable kompozit rezin
(G-aenial Universal Injectable AO2) ile restore edilmiştir. 1 ve 3 aylık kontrollerinde restorasyonlarda herhangi bir problem veya renklenme görülmemiştir. Hasta estetik sonuçtan memnundur

Abstract
Polydiastema, especially in the front area, can cause esthetical problems for the patients. In this case report, the aim is to rehabilitate a case of maxillary anterior polydiastema with the “Injection Molding” technique, which is a low-cost and conservative approach. A 23-year-old systemically healthy male patient referred to our clinic with complaints about gaps between his teeth and their overall appearance. After extraoral and intraoral examinations, a C-type silicone impression was taken from the patient. A wax up was performed on the obtained model. The teeth were restored with injectable composite resin (G-aenial Universal Injectable AO2) using a silicone index. No problems or discoloration were observed in the
restorations at the 1 and 3 month controls of the patient. The patient is satisfied with the aesthetic result.
