1. Manuscripts to be submitted to The Journal of Ünye Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences can be in Turkish or English. The length of the article should not exceed 20 pages. The electronic copy of the manuscript should be prepared in Microsoft Word program with Times New Roman font. Margin settings should be 2.5 cm from the top, bottom, right and left.
2. The title should be written in the language of the article first with the first letters of the words capitalized and the others lowercase, in 14-point font, bold and centred on the page. Then, the Turkish abstract, whatever language of the article should be written in Times New Roman, in 12 font sizes, single-spaced and italic. After the abstract, the title of the article in the other language should be written in 14-point font, bold and centred on the page, with the first letters of the words capitalized and the others lowercase, leaving one line of space. Then, the abstract section of the article in the other language should be written in Times New Roman, 12 font sizes, single-spaced and italic. Under the Turkish and English abstracts, keywords (maximum 5 words) should be included.
3. The name of the author(s), their affiliated institution and department, the title of the article in Turkish and English, and the e-mail addresses of the authors should be prepared as a separate cover page. The main text of the manuscript should not include any information introducing the authors.
4. Headings in the text should be numbered with Arabic numerals (such as 1., 1.1.1., 1.1.2.) and the depth should not be more than three. All main and level headings should be in 12-point font, bold and left justified.
5. The text should be written in 12 font size and single-spaced. Paragraph indentation should not be used. No spaces should be used between paragraphs. There should be 6 pt space between paragraphs before and after. Quotations from other sources should be italicized in quotation marks if they do not exceed three lines; if they exceed three lines, they should be italicized in a separate paragraph in 10-point font and should be retracted one centimeter from the right and left.
6. Tables and figures should be given titles and sequence numbers, and titles should appear above the tables (Table 1. Table name) and below the figures (Figure 1. Figure name). Equations should be placed left justified on the page, and the sequence numbers of the equations should be in parentheses and justified on the right side of the page.
7. References to sources should be made in-text using the parenthetical method. The order in parentheses should be: surname of the author(s), year of the source, page number(s) (for example: Surname, date: page number).
8. All references cited in the text as above should be indicated in the References list in accordance with APA format, and references not cited should not be included in this list. References should be written in alphabetical order and in APA format.
9. It is the authors' responsibility to submit the final version of the manuscripts for publication in accordance with the publication rules; manuscripts will not be published until they are submitted in a proper version.
10. The author(s) whose article is accepted are obliged to sign the transfer of publication rights form and send it to the editorial board.
