The Journal of International Relations and Politics (ULIPOD) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, non-profit academic journal committed to serving the public interest. It adheres to a double-blind peer review process and aims to contribute original academic work in the fields of international relations, international politics, political history, international law, security studies, area studies, migration studies, diplomacy, political economy, and foreign policy.
In addition to research articles, ULIPOD also publishes book and article reviews. The journal accepts submissions in both Turkish and English and is published biannually (in January and June).
All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
ULIPOD supports the SDG Publishers Compact, an initiative launched in collaboration with the International Publishers Association and the United Nations, and aligns its editorial policies with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The journal particularly aims to support the following goals:
