Damage to the teeth after trauma in the maxillofacial region is one of the most frequently encountered problems. In traumas occurring during permanent dentition, lateral luxation, subluxation and shaking of the incisors may be encountered. Splinting is recommended in these cases, but splinting may be difficult after trauma in cases with crowding. Attention should be paid to the vitality of the teeth and the symptoms of necrosis. The aim of this case report is to present the treatment, follow-up radiographs and photographs of the permanent upper incisors of a traumatised 16-year-old male patient. The patient had lateral luxation of tooth number 11, subluxation of tooth number 21 and concusion injuries of teeth number 12,13,22,23. Panoramic radiography and cone beam computed tomography revealed no alveolar fracture. After sixteen months of follow-up, no clinical and radiographic complications were observed.
