Kültür ve Sinizm Araştırmaları İncelemesi

Öz

Kültür ve sinizm, bireylerin bulundukları çevre tarafından şekillenen kavramlardır. Kültürde, içsel veya dışsal birçok faktörün etkisi söz konusuyken, sinizm davranışında bireylerin içsel algısı ve davranışları daha etkili olabilir. Araştırmada R programı ve bibliyometrik analizler kullanılmıştır. Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanı kullanılarak kültür ve sinizm araştırmalarına ilişkin sonuçlar incelenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda kültür ve sinizm araştırmalarının son yıllarda oldukça popüler olduğu, yıllara göre büyüme oranlarında genel olarak bir artışın yaşandığı görülmüştür. Kültür ve sinizm araştırmalarında, birçok farklı ülke yazarının, kaynağın, kurumun ve vurgulanan kelimenin olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Analizde kültür ve sinizm araştırmalarında en fazla vurgulanan anahtar kelimeler; sinizm, kültür, polis kültürü, tükenmişlik, sosyal aksiyomlar, örgütsel sinizm, tutumlar, örgüt kültürü, stres, iş tatmini, liderlik, örgütsel, değerler, yasal sinizm, örgütsel değişim, polis, politikalar, dayanıklılık, Çin, topluluk destekli polislik, performans, kişilik ve sosyal medya olarak sıralanmıştır. Araştırmada son yıllarda; sinizm, tükenmişlik, kültür, Çin, duygusal yorgunluk, özdeşlik, görüşmeler, örgüt kültürü ve sosyal medya kavramlarının oldukça yoğun araştırıldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Analizde en güçlü ilişkiler sinizm, kültür ve polis kültürü kavramları etrafında toplanmıştır. Ayrıca polis kültürü, polis, otoriterlik, izolasyon, polis tutumları, polis sinizmi, polislik ve analiz kelimelerinde merkezileşme ve yoğunluğun oldukça yüksek olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

Öz

Culture and cynicism are concepts shaped by the environment in which individuals live. While there are many internal or external factors in culture, internal perceptions and behaviors of individuals may be more effective in cynicism behavior. R program and bibliometric analyzes were used in the research. Results culture and cynicism research were examined using the Web of Science (WoS) database. Through the analysis, it has been seen that culture and cynicism research have been very popular in recent years, and there has been an increase in growth rates over the years. In studies of culture and cynicism, it has been observed that there are many authors, sources, institutions, and stressed words from different countries. In the analysis, the most emphasized keywords in culture and cynicism research; cynicism, culture, police culture, burnout, social axioms, organizational cynicism, attitudes, organizational culture, stress, job satisfaction, leadership, organization, values, legal cynicism, organizational change, police, policies, resilience, China, community policing, performance, personality, and social media. In the research years; It has been observed that the concepts of cynicism, burnout, culture, China, emotional fatigue, identity, interviews, organizational culture, and social media have been extensively researched. The strongest relationships in the analysis were centered around the concepts of cynicism, culture, and police culture. In addition, it was understood that centralization and density were quite high in the words police culture, police, authoritarianism, isolation, police attitudes, police cynicism, policing, and analysis.
