Lojistikte Dijital Dönüşüm ve Çevik İş Süreçleri Yaklaşımı

Öz

Günümüz dünyası teknolojik gelişmeler ile hızla değişmektedir. Lojistik 4.0 yaklaşımı ve içerdiği yeni teknolojiler lojistik süreçlerinde büyük değişimlere yol açmaktadır. Büyük yatırımlar gerektiren teknoloji dönüşümleri doğru ve zamanında yapılmadığı zaman olumsuz sonuçlara neden olmaktadır. Şirketler dijital dönüşüm süreçlerini sadece teknoloji satın alması olarak görmeyip alt odakları doğru bir şekilde dönüştürmesi gerekmektedir. Dijital dönüşüm süreci; teknoloji, organizasyon ve kültür olmak üzere 3 katmanda incelenmesi ve buraya uygun adımlarla bütüncül bakış açısı uygulanması gerekir. Bu süreci başarıyla tamamlamak için yapılması gereken adımların doğru bir yol haritası ile ilerlemesi, başarılı olmak için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Dijital dönüşüm başarılı olabilmesi için çevik dönüşüm süreçlerinin etkin olması, öğrenen organizasyon ve inovasyon odaklı yaklaşımların şirket genelinde kabul görmesi beklenmektedir. Araştırma içerisinde bu kavramların dönüşüme olan etkisi, yapılması gereken adımlar detayları ile aktarılmaktadır. Lojistik 4.0 dönüşüm sürecinin en etkin şekilde sağlanması için detaylı bir çalışma ortaya konulmaktadır.

Digital Transformation and Agile Business Process Approach in Logistics

Öz

Today's world is changing rapidly with technological developments. The Logistics 4.0 approach and the new technologies it contains lead to great changes in logistics processes. When technology transformations that require large investments are not made correctly and on time, they cause negative results. Companies should not see their digital transformation processes as just technology purchases, but should transform their sub-focuses correctly. Digital transformation process; It should be examined in 3 layers as technology, organization and culture and a holistic perspective should be applied with appropriate steps here. It is of great importance to be successful that the steps to be taken to complete this process successfully are followed by a correct road map. In order for digital transformation to be successful, agile transformation processes are expected to be effective, and learning organization and innovation-oriented approaches are expected to be accepted throughout the company. In the research, the effect of these concepts on the transformation and the steps to be taken are explained in detail. A detailed study is put forward to ensure the most effective logistics 4.0 transformation process.
