BLOCKCHAİN TEKNOLOJİSİNİN TASARIM VE PLANLAMA OKULU BAĞLAMINDA BÜTÜNLEŞTİRİCİ MODELİ

Öz

Bu çalışma, Blockchain teknolojisinin işletmelerin stratejik yönetim faaliyetlerine etkileri, Tasarım ve Planlama Okulu bağlamında incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, Blockchain'in organizasyonel strateji, karar alma süreçleri, verimlilik ve güvenlik gibi alanlardaki potansiyel katkıları ele alınmaktadır. Tasarım ve Planlama Okulu'nun sistematik, analitik ve stratejik bakış açıları, Blockchain'in şeffaflık, güvenlik ve verimlilik sağlama özellikleriyle desteklenerek organizasyonel stratejilerin geliştirilmesine nasıl yardımcı olabileceği tartışılmaktadır. Tasarım Okulu’nun yenilikçi stratejiler geliştirme ve değişim yönetimi katkıları, Blockchain’in güvenlik, şeffaflık ve izlenebilirlik özellikleriyle güçlenmektedir. Planlama Okulu’nun sistematik yaklaşımı ve Blockchain’in veri güvenliği, organizasyonel hedeflere ulaşmada önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Literatüre göre, Blockchain teknolojisi, Tasarım ve Planlama Okulları ile bütünleştirilmiştir. Bu boyutlar; “stratejik tasarım”, “organizasyonel tasarım”, “iş tasarımı” ve “yaratıcılık ve inovasyon”, “entegrasyon”, “veri yönetimi ve analizi”, “güvenlik ve şeffaflık”, “kaynak yönetimi ve optimizasyon” ile “belirsizlik ve risk yönetimi” olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma, Blockchain’in stratejik yönetimdeki etkilerini Tasarım ve Planlama Okulu bağlamında organizasyonel stratejilerle uyumunu inceleyerek, dijital dönüşümde stratejik avantaj sağlama potansiyeline dikkat çekmektedir.

Öz

This study aims to examine the impact of Blockchain technology on business strategic management activities within the context of the Design and Planning Schools. The study explores Blockchain's potential contributions in areas such as organizational strategy, decision-making processes, efficiency, and security. The systematic, analytical, and strategic perspectives of the Design and Planning Schools are discussed in relation to how Blockchain's features of transparency, security, and efficiency can support the development of organizational strategies. The Design School’s contributions to developing innovative strategies and managing change are strengthened by Blockchain’s security, transparency, and traceability features. The Planning School's systematic approach, combined with Blockchain’s data security, plays a critical role in achieving organizational objectives. According to the literature, Blockchain technology is integrated with the Design and Planning Schools. These dimensions are defined as "strategic design," "organizational design," "business design," and "creativity and innovation," along with "integration," "data management and analysis," "security and transparency," "resource management and optimization," and "uncertainty and risk management." The study highlights Blockchain’s potential to provide strategic advantages in digital transformation by examining its effects on strategic management within the Design and Planning School context and its alignment with organizational strategies.
