Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma doğum sonrası hüznü değerlendirmeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Yöntem: Araştırma Türkiye'nin batısındaki bir ilde bulunan bir devlet hastanesinin kadın doğum kliniğinde doğum yapan 443 anne ile yüz yüze gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taslak ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı yöntemler kullanılarak yapılmıştır.
Bulgular: Ölçeğin toplam varyansının %55.850'sini açıklayan 3 alt boyut ve 23 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Madde-toplam korelasyonları 0.437 ile 0.730 arasındaydı. Ölçeğin ve alt ölçeklerinin Cronbach Alpha değerleri şu şekildedir: ölçek: 0.902, 0.914 (anne öz bakımı), 0.858 (bebek bakımı), 0.780 (eş desteği). Test-tekrar test uyumu iyiydi (p<0.01; r= 0,99).
Sonuçlar: Geliştirdiğimiz ölçek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olup, sağlık çalışanlarının doğum sonrası anne üzüntü oranlarının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilir.

Öz

Aim: This study was conducted to develop a valid and reliable scale to evaluate postpartum motherhood blues.
Method: It was conducted face to face with 443 postpartum mothers in the gynecology clinic of a state hospital in a province in the west of Türkiye. Validity and reliability analyzes of the draft scale were performed using descriptive and confirmatory methods.
Results: It consists of 3 sub-dimensions and 23 items, explaining 55.850% of the total variance of the scale. Item-total correlations were between 0.437 and 0.730. Cronbach Alpha values of the scale and its subscales are as follows: scale: 0.902, 0.914 (mother self-care), 0.858 (baby care), 0.780 (spousal support). Test-retest agreement was good (p<0.01; r= 0.99).
Conclusion: The scale we have developed is a valid and reliable scale and can be used to determine postpartum maternal sadness rates of healthcare professionals.
