Egzersiz Testinde Bilgisayarla Hesaplanan St Segment Pararametrelerin Diseriminant Analiz ile Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Bilgisayarlı egzersiz testlerinin tanı değeri konusunda tartışma- lar devam etmektedir. Bazı araştırmacılar egzersizle oluşan ST de- gişikliklerinin analizinde çeşitli bilgisayar algoritimleri öne sürmüş- lerdir, Bu çalışmada biz bilgisayarla hesaplanan bazı egzersiz testi verilerini diskriminant analizi ile değerlendirdik, Koroner hastalığı olan 19 hasta (1, Grup) ve 11 normal bireye (2. Grup) egzersiz testi yaptırıldı, ST çökmesi, ST slope'u ST indeksi ve ST integrali değerleri bilgisayar tarafından hesaplandı. Diskriminant analiz sonucunda, ko- roner arter hastalığını belirliyen en önemli değişkenin ST slope'u olduğu görüldü. Fonksiyonu etkileyen değişkenler sırasıyla, ST slope
Ww —x — 0.85), ST integral (W — - 0.59), ST indeks (w — — 0.55) ve ST çökmesi (wW — — 0.20) idi. Diskriminant fonksiyon hastaların “e 81.2'sini ve normal bireylerin “4 81.8'ini doğru şekilde sınıfladı. ST çökmesi ile birlikte kullanılan ST slope'unun koroner arter hastalığı- nı göstermede önemli ve güvenilir olduğu sonucuna varıldı.

(Evaluation of Some Computer Assisted Exercise Testing Data by Discriminant Analysis)

Öz

The diagnostic value of computerized exercise testing has been disputing. Several investigators have proposed the application of va- rious computer algorithms to analyze exercise induced alterations of ST segments, In this study, we investigated the value of some computer assisted exercise testing data by discriminant analysis. Nineteen patients with coronary artery disease (Group 1) 11 normal individuals (Group 2) performed treadmill exercise testing. ST depression, ST siope, ST index and ST integral values have been calculated by com- puted. Discriminant analysis showed that most important variable that determining coronary artery disease, was ST slope. Variables, that was ordered by size of correlation within function, were ST slope (w = — 0.85), ST integral (w = + 0.59), ST index (w = — 0.55) and ST depression (w = — 0.20). Discriminant function correctly classified 84.2 % of coronary artery disease patients and 81.8 % of normal individuals. It is concluded that the ST slope, used with ST depression, reliably predicts the absence and presence of coronary artery disease.
