Knowing that the consumption of antidepressive drugs is gradually growing in quantity, this article aims at introducing the biochemical factors in the ethiology of depression and the antidepressive drugs. Recent studies related to neuroendocrin researches and amin hypothesis of depression patogenez have been surveyed before writing this article.
Antidepressive drugs have been introduced with a special attention paid to the antidepressive drugs effects, their effect mechanisms, side effects which appear quite frequently, and points which must valued during the selectio
