Öz

[N-(2-hidroksi-1-naftaliden)histidin] Schiff baz sentezlenerek yap s , IR, UV, 1H NMR spektroskopi metodlar ve Xortorombik ve P212121 uzay grubuna sahiptir. Kristalografik parametreleri ise a=6.133(5), b=7.168(5), c=33.639(5)Å , V=1478.8(2) Å3 birim hücre bilgilerini içerir. Ayd nlat lan yap n n do rulu unun bir ölçüsü olan R faktörleri ise R=0.0394 , wR=0.0784 olarak belirlenmi tir. Bu tip Schiff bazlar sahip olduklar tautomerik formlara ba l olarak fotokromik veya termokromik karakter gösterirler. Daha önceki çal mam zda inceledi imiz treonin Schiff baz nda gözlenen enol-imin tautomerli inin aksine histidin Schiff baz n n kat fazda daha çok keto-amin tautomerli ini tercih etti i görülmü tür. Molekül içi hidrojen ba [ N-Hketo-amin formundaki yük da l m na ba l olarak kuvvetli naftaliden grubundan azot atomuna proton transferinin oldu unu göstermektedir
